The Nature of Connection: how being outdoors supports community wellbeing
During these times of social distancing we have an even greater need to be connected in our communities, and one of the best ways to do this is through getting outside together. This event will explore engaging ways for us to come together in the outdoors, and in so doing help support us to care for ourselves, each other and the natural world.

At this event, you will hear from:
Karen Creavin - Active Wellbeing Society
Adam - Old Library Wood /RSPB
Al Tempest - The Woodland Presents
Nasreem Akhtar - Saheli Hub

You can expect engaging discussions, alongside ideas to connect with others passionate about wellbeing and nature. This free online event is part of a series titled ‘Small Steps, Big Difference: Nature Connection Can Change the World’, being co-hosted by Eden Project Communities and the Network of Wellbeing. You are welcome to join the next event in this series, as follows:
Tuesday 16th March, 7.30-9pm GMT: Playful, Mindful, Alive: How Nature Improves Your Wellbeing
Please note that we will be recording this free session, which we may share later online. If you don’t wish to be in the recording please keep your camera off and yourself on mute. Please be aware your name, or number if you join by phone, as it appears on Zoom will be visible to others and may be visible in a recording if you are unmuted.
