Small Steps, Big Differences: Access to nature and wellbeing for all
Access to nature should not be seen as a luxury; getting outside is vital for everyone’s wellbeing. This event will explore how we can ensure wider access to nature so that no matter where people live everyone can reap the wellbeing benefits.

In this session you will hear from:
- Environmental campaigner & author Tony Juniper
- Rhiane Fatinikun from Black Girls Hike
- Graham Duxbury from Groundwork
- Sophie Forge from Semble

You can expect engaging discussions, alongside ideas to connect with others passionate about wellbeing and nature. This free online event will launch a series titled ‘Small Steps, Big Difference: Nature Connection Can Change the World’, being co-hosted by Eden Project Communities and the Network of Wellbeing. You are welcome to join further events in this series, as follows:
Tuesday 2nd March at 7.30-9pm GMT: The Nature of Connection: How Being Outdoors Supports Community Wellbeing
Tuesday 16th March, 7.30-9pm GMT: Playful, Mindful, Alive: How Nature Improves Your Wellbeing
Please note that we will be recording this free session, which we may share later online. If you don’t wish to be in the recording please keep your camera off and yourself on mute. Please be aware your name, or number if you join by phone, as it appears on Zoom will be visible to others and may be visible in a recording if you are unmuted.
